Hello there! I am  an assistant professor in Quantitative Research Methods at KFUPM. My research interests focus on  test/survey development and validation and also methodological issues of multivariate statistics, particularly, applications  of structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling, and item response theory. My teaching interests are applied statistics, psychometrics, survey design, research methods, and data mining for business analytics. In my free time, I enjoy sporting and traveling .
